StudioVox is thrilled to announce its partnership with Sundance Cinemas Galleries, of Robert Redford’s Sundance Group*.
Sundance Cinemas has selected StudioVox as their exclusive partner to curate artwork for their fine art gallery exhibitions in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Houston, and Madison, WS. Resident artists in these geographic areas can submit their fine art paintings or photography via StudioVox, for consideration to be exclusively featured in that city’s Sundance gallery.
The partnership gives StudioVox artists the unique opportunity to be showcased and promoted in an extraordinary and powerful way and to have their art recognized by and associated with an innovative and highly respected organization.
Sundance has built its reputation by creating opportunities for new voices in the arts as well as, by a continued commitment to quality in the arts. “It’s a fantastic combination,” said Amanda Slingerland, co-founder of StudioVox “The partnership mirrors our own purpose to help creative people find new opportunities and promote their creative work. We couldn't be more excited for our artists.”
StudioVox’ online reach and its ability to promote its artists across numerous promotional channels excites Sundance as they seek new and innovative ways to empower artists. “Our new relationship with StudioVox is a gift. It’s a gift to us, as we are now able to draw upon their fantastic connections in the art world, and a gift to the artists, as not only will they have shows at Sundance Cinemas, but StudioVox will be enhancing the way the shows are marketed, thusly giving the artists much deserved acknowledgement,” says Nancy Klasky Gribler, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sundance Cinemas.
In celebration of the collaboration, StudioVox is hosting a private reception for the first StudioVox artist exhibit featuring the work of Los Angeles based abstract painter, Lori Dorn at Sundance Cinemas Gallery in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday, October 9, 2014.
